Huzzah for the noise-rock nerds! Atlanta’s Mugu Guymen, dormant for much of the past half-decade, resurrects its drum-loaded assault for a tour with Acid Mothers Temple/Afrirampo side project Pikacyu-Makoto, whose chaotic, improvisational set is based on “a mysterious back story about the White God of Positivity vs. the Black God of Negativity.”
