Presented by Bradford Clark, Curator of Collections (Center for Puppetry Arts) and Professor (Bowling Green State University, OH) Thur, May 9, 2013, 7pm - 9pm Ages 18+ (Intermediate to Advanced) The puppetry of Asia and Indonesia reflects a rich diversity of artistic expressions, religious beliefs, and cultural memories. Brad will discuss key elements of this artform and major challenges that Asian performers and puppet-makers face in the modern world.
