Chapman’s hit A&E reality show “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” now in its fourth season, follows the crew on its high-intensity chases. But the secret to the show’s success is in the post-capture heart-to-hearts, where the burly Dog, a former drug addict and gang member turned born-again Christian, tries (and often succeeds) to talk some sense into Hawaii’s criminals. Between bounties, Dog’s somehow found time to pen a memoir titled You Can Run But You Can’t Hide. His book tour brings him to the Mall at Stonecrest Sat., AUG. 18.
