Culture Surfing - Scott Ingram likes it raw

Artist Scott Ingram may be Atlanta-based, but his work has reached an international audience with recent shows in Madrid, Spain; Victoria, British Columbia; and now his latest solo show Building Futures through Jan. 12 at Solomon Projects. Ingram’s paintings done in a rainbow assortment of nail-polish colors have injected wit and a fair amount of chemical funk into the legacy of minimalism. More recently, Ingram’s work has ventured into architecture in a body of work centered on the Case Study homes designed by California architects.
