Come and celebrate the annual shipment of chiles from New Mexico with Taqueria del Sol on Sunday, Sept. 11. The Howell Mill Location is celebrating their second annual Hatch Chile Festival in true block party style. From 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., Chef Eddie Hernandez and the rest of the Taqueria del Sol team will incorporate the spicy green peppers in a variety of dishes. Tickets include entry, food and live entertainment by musician John Henry. Beverages will be available for purchase. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Ossabaw Island Foundation.
