Smokescreen #2 at H. Harper Station 

H. Harper Station owners Jerry Slater and Callie Schlosser teamed up to create this ode to smoke. Navy proof (more than 50 percent ABV) Smith and Cross Jamaican Rum is blended with a simple syrup steeped with lapsang souchong (a Chinese smoked black tea), Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, and spicy King's Ginger liqueur, and poured into a coupe rinsed with mezcal. It's like drinking a campfire - if that campfire was sophisticated and worldly and had impeccable boozy taste. $11.
