Guests will enjoy a private wine tasting and lesson accompanied by a selection of hors d’oeuvres. Each month, Smith will introduce a new theme taking guests on a journey through the Grille’s eclectic “wine wall,” featuring over 500 carefully selected bottles from established and up-and-coming regions around the world. Guests will get intimate access to this adventurous wine list and Smith's quirky personality. Sommelier Saturdays begins June 28, with a focus on summer white wines to enjoy al fresco.
