Southwest Sizzle Cooking Class

Barrington Hall’s favorite Chef, John Wilson will be teaching his “Southwest Sizzle” cooking class at historic Barrington Hall on Tuesday, July 19. Chef John will teach you, in his witty and engaging style, to prepare some of the Southwest’s most popular food such as “Broiled Salmon with Chili Glaze” and “Corn Pudding with Basil.”
After you’ve prepared your Southwestern meal under Chef John’s instruction you’ll dine on it in the spacious kitchen of Barrington Hall. Join us for this evening of culinary fun.
