Creative Loafing’s TUT AFTER DARK offers a safer glimpse of ancient Egypt with after-hours access to National Geographic’s Tutankhamun: The Golden King & The Great Pharaohs. More than 130 ancient artifacts from the tomb of Tutankhamun and other pharaohs span 2600-600 B.C. and include sarcophagi, human and animal mummies, canopic jars that hold mummy organs and jewelry serious enough to induce klepto impulses.
