A gripping portrayal of the Great Locomotive Chase, featuring Andrews' Raiders, a band of Union soldiers and sympathizers, who pulled off a daring scheme to steal the General, a Confederate locomotive. Phillip DePoy's script is a moving portrait of the power of war, featuring Civil War era music. The raiders reviewed their plan in what is now known as the Kennesaw House, a stone's throw from Theatre in the Square. Recommended for ages 16 and older.
