Yoko Ono: Deadweight or genius? It’s a topic that polarizes opinion among Beatles fans. Whatever your take on the quirky wife of John Lennon, she definitely earns bonus points for bringing her husband’s artwork to Atlanta SEPT. 7-9 in the form of a traveling exhibition titled IN MY LIFE (see Arts). The 100 pieces (including “Imagine All the People,”) spans the years 1968-1980. At the heart of the exhibit is the premiere of Real Love, a collection of work Lennon drew for his son, Sean. All work will be sold at special prices, with the proceeds benefiting Operation Smile, a nonprofit organization started by Lennon and Ono to assist children with facial deformities. Fri. 5-9 p.m.; Sat. 11 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sun. 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Buckhead Borders Books & Music, 3637 Peachtree Road. For more information, call 404-237-0707.
