The Angry Chef gets into the holiday spirit with Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, Nov. 25. The meal will feature a prix-fixe menu with hors d’oeuvres such as their pimento cheese and smoked trout pate; entrée choice of sage, apple & honey roasted turkey, or Mexican Coke glazed ham with braised cherry chutney; and family-style sides including local whipped sweet potatoes with ginger & sweet chili, brioche & herb stuffing, duck fat & thyme roasted fingerling potatoes, and cider & maple braised Brussels sprouts. The meal will be served from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required.
