The Goddamn Gallows hang it high at Smith's Olde Bar

April 15, 2013
April 14, 2013 — The Goddamn Gallows brought their ghoulish, twangy punk rock fusion of fresh-off-the-rails Americana to Smith’s Olde Bar last night for a show that was equal parts honky tonk, hardcore, and circus sideshow. A rowdy crowd pelted the stage with half-full PBR cans most of the night, and the band didn't hesitate to return fire. Come to find out, a washboard is good for more than just making music and cleaning clothes. It’s also a pretty decent line of defense against incoming beer bombs.
