The Maple Bacon Doughnut & National Doughnut Day 

When: Fri., June 6, 5:30-10 p.m. 2014
On Friday, June 6, chef Nicholas Alicea and pastry chef Sarah Biggard combine their talents for a blackboard menu salute to the doughnut. The maple bacon doughnut is crafted from a uniquely blended dough, coated with a maple sugar glaze and topped with crispy thick-cut bacon crumbles.
