Plus, there are also non-comedy venues — Variety Playhouse, the Plaza Theatre, the Earl, the Tabernacle, Cobb Energy Centre, 529, etc. — that occasionally host stand-up as well. Star Bar Open Mic
Held every Monday from 8 p.m.-midnight, this is arguably the city's most rewarding and respected open-mic night. And it's free.
