BAILEYANA AT VINOCITY Vinocity hosts a five-course Baileyana wine dinner Wednesday, March 12. Courses include: goat cheese tart with caramelized red onions; white wine cheese pairing; prosciutto wrapped bitter greens with candied walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette; roasted rack of lamb; and blood orange créme brulée paired with 2001 Sauvignon Blanc (Edna Valley), 2000 Chardonnay, 2000 Pinot Noir (Edna Valley), 2000 Syrah (Paso Robles) and 2001 "Donceur" Late Harvest Dessert Wine, respectively. $95 per person plus tip.
