"South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone may be the most underrated musical parodists of their generation. Audiences and critics howl with laughter at the raunchy satire in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut or Team America: World Police without giving credit to their spot-on song-and-dance numbers. Musicals may be Parker's first love, since he helmed the feature-length student film CANNIBAL! THE MUSICAL while attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. Following the success of "South Park," a stage version of Cannibal! has become a hit, and Dad's Garage Theatre offers a 10th anniversary remount of its 1998 production, opening Fri., SEPT. 19. George Faughnan directs the cheerful musical treatment of a fictional Donner Party-style disaster, with tunes including "Hang the Bastard," "On Top of You" and "Shpadoinkle." Through Oct. 18. $15-$25. Thurs.-Sat., 8 p.m. Dad's Garage Theatre, 280 Elizabeth St. 404-523-3141. www.dadsgarage.com.
