See & Do - Theater: FWD July 23 2008

Mon., July 28

A data-entry drone at a soulless office begins losing his grip on reality – which could negatively impact his big PowerPoint demonstration – in FWD at Dad’s Garage Theatre’s Top Shelf space. Christian Danley and Randy Havens wrote the world-premiere play and appear on stage as the voices of two mischievous, profane puppets, who may be the hallucinations of the frantic worker (a hilarious Matthew Myers). Berny Clark, Tom Rittenhouse and Alison Hastings (as “the Office Hottie”) co-star in the show, continuing Fri., JULY 25, which plays like a raucous hour-long improv sketch. Through Aug. 2. $10-$20. Thurs.-Sat., 8 p.m.; Mon., July 28, 8 p.m.; no show Thurs., July 24. Dad’s Garage Theatre, Top Shelf space, 280 Elizabeth St. 404-523-3141. www.dadsgarage.com.
