Bob Théâtre presents NOSFERATU at the Center for Puppetry Arts as part of Puppets Take Atlanta & Beyond, a monthlong festival of performances, workshops and exhibits. More commonly known as Dracula, Nosferatu tells the familiar story of a young clerk who travels into the depths of Transylvania's Carpathian Mountains. Once he arrives at his destination – the creepy castle of a mysterious count – things take a turn for the worse when the clerk notices strange happenings throughout the night that lead him to the true identity of his ominous host. Using such everyday objects as light bulbs and coffee grinders, Rennes, France's Bob Théâtre brings the dark legend of literature's first vampire to life. Ages 18 and up. Through July 12. $18-$24. Fri.-Sat., 8 p.m.; Sun., 5 p.m. 1404 Spring St. 404-873-3391. www.puppet.org.
