Georgia Organics is a member supported, non-profit organization connecting organic food from Georgia farms to Georgia families. Menu: Stuffed Collard Greens, Brasstown Grass Fed Filet with potato puree, braised swiss chard, caramelized shallot & red wine sauce and Pecan Bitters Pumpkin Pie with Spiced Cream Each course will be paired with organic wines.
