Top Flr is what happens when the kids who used to wait tables and bartend in other people's restaurants grow up and become their own bosses: a user-friendly restaurant with a menu that is short and pretty sweet. Chef Shane Devereux serves up dishes packed with bold flavors like mussels with a coconut-soy-lime broth and fistfuls of ginger and a salad of microgreens with goat cheese and honey lavender dressing with an intoxicating whisper of vanilla. Owners Darren Carr and Jeff Myers have made a restaurant for their friends; the rest of us are just lucky to join in.
