Chef Daniel Massie and Wine Director Foster Smith combine their talents to create a unique five-course menu accompanied by five wines from Tres Sabores. Menu items such as Sweet Grass Dairy Goat Cheese Tart (Heirloom Tomato and Meyer Lemon Compote), and Japanese-style Braised Pork Belly (Umeboshi Slaw and Pickled Daikon) will tempt taste buds. Tres Sabores is a small, family-owned winery located in the western Rutherford Benchland of California’s Napa Valley. Tres Sabores means “three flavors” in Spanish, which you will find the savory yet distinct character of the grape variety in each of their wines.
