Vive la Canoe! On Tuesday, Oct. 19, Chef Carvel Grant Gould and Wine Director Matt Bradford welcome Jean Trimbach of Trimbach Wines from Alsace, France.
The five-course dinner will begin with a reception featuring passed hors d’oeuvres at 6:30. Weather permitting, the event will be held in Canoe’s riverside gardens. The dinner and pairings cost $100.00 per person, which includes tax and gratuity. Trimbach, a twelth generation winemaker, will be in attendance to discuss the wines, pairings and Trimbach Wine’s 2010 vintage in Alsace.
