Game on! Over the past couple months, Chef Cyrille Holota and General Manager Nick Alicea have presented a series of Boucherie dinners featuring whole-animal dishes. From fowl to pork, Chef Holota has artfully prepared perfect mouth-watering dishes. This month, he takes on venison with dishes ranging from Venison Tomato Confit Lasagna to a perfectly Grilled Venison Rack. The Venison Week Boucherie Dinner costs $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity; items are also available a la carte. Wine pairings by sommelier Dorine Buche are available for an additional $25.
