Oh those Mentos, so deliciously sweet and chewy, with just enough mint and a vague hint of vanilla - it’s no wonder it causes all those European types to go crazy in the TV ads. It’s too bad they can’t bottle it and sell it at bars. Oh wait, over at Sala they do.
The Vanilla Mojito provides a refreshingly rich flavor in a drink that remains as light and spritely as a traditional mojito. Made with a generous dose of Cruzan vanilla rum, fresh mint, lime juice and a splash of soda, the drink goes down so sweet and easy, you might just declare it your next summer cocktail (we sure will).
