Sound Menu August 22 2001 Wed week out
ARAB ON RADAR — Those familiar with this Providence, R.I., quartet like to refer to the music as “aural terrorism.” Not so sure about that. It looks and sounds more like neo-Marxist no-wave garage noise with potty-mouth lyrics and dabs of punk rock to spare. AOR also put on a kick-ass live show and deserve to be seen at least once. Electrosleep International and Hemogoblins round out this final installment of “Eyedrum Goes to the Star Bar.” Star Bar (Arieh)
