THE SOUND OF PHILADELPHIA — Locals DRES tha Beatnik and Jay Force revisit their hometown roots when they host a pair of Philadelphia-based underground urban music stars. DJ Rich Medina earned notice producing Philly filly Jill Scott, but is better known as a top hip-hip/funk-soul DJ. While Lady Alma has lent her voice to tracks from King Britt and 4Hero, she hopes to follow Scott to new-soul stardom with her own recordings. DJs Drama, Kemit and Rasta Root (who have no Philly ties that we know of) also spin. Kaya (Sarig)
