As sure as there's one house on every street giving out crappy candy ("Carob chips. Gee, thanks."), there isn't a Halloween that goes by when you don't encounter at least one Gene Simmons.
This week, we encountered two. On Saturday, we saw a fake Gene in Little Five Points. He marched in the Halloween parade alongside a gaggle of freaks, monsters and children dressed as a giant penis.
The real Gene? He was at the Mall of Georgia Thursday selling Kiss-brand body fragrances. We prefer the fake Gene.
