For today's Roll Call we call out Marlow Sanchez of the Rent Boys and All Night Drug Prowling Wolves.

Who are you?

A Prowling Wolf all night, a Rent Boy on occasion, and by day, a carpenter. Just like Jesus.

Describe yourself in three words.

Chubby. Half-Mexican.  Macgyver-esque.

Who — dead or alive — would most you like to meet?

D. Boon of Minutemen fame.

Who would you most like to slap in the face?

Eazy E.  He used to be my homey, used to be my ace...

What song do you wish you had written?

"Fairytale of New York" by S. MacGowan, "Road Runner" by J. Richman, any Lifter Puller song.

Elvis Costello or Elvis Presley?

Costello. I think Chuck D. said it best.

LP, CD or MP3?

The long player with the mp3 download.  Nobody got a damn record player in their car.

If you could start one trend, what would it be?

Remember late 80's skater kids wearing woven Rasta belts?  I'm totally gonna bring that shit back.

If you could end one trend, what would it be?

Everybody in the fucking world being a DJ. Poser kids playing garage rock.

With whom would you most like to play a game of spin the bottle?

I would most like to play with my wife, but I will most likely play with Tom Cheshire.

The Rent Boys "Spanish Song."

The Rent Boys play play the Earl on New Year's Eve. w/ Howlies and Fiend Without A Face. $12. 9:30 p.m. 488 Flat Shoals Rd. 404-522-3950.
