In the technical world of music categorization, we ask: is it appropriate to call KISS a glam band? Or are they more heavy metal? What about heavy metal with glam tendencies? an apt description from a friend who lives downtown: "So it was KISS in town. I was wondering why there were so many ugly people walking around Philips Arena since I was pretty sure there wasn't a hockey game going on."
