Music news SAT: Janelle Monae hosts Harts 4the Holidays at Eyedrum

Tomorrow at Eyedrum, the all-ages, family friend Harts 4 the Holidays benefit goes down. It'll feature holiday card-making for kids with arts & crafts host Janelle Monae and a bunch of performances by Atlanta-based music acts, including Bosco (formerly known as Brittany Bosco), the Judies, Hollyweerd, Ocha la Rocha, the 54, FKI, Scar, the Mermaids and Mums FP.
DJs spinning all day: Salah Ananse, Rasta Root, Mr. Mind, Karl Injex, Soulfinger and DJ P-Nut. And you can get your shop on at pop-up stores, including Chilly-O, Esperanza and Mindzai Creative.
$5. All proceeds will benefit the Songs For Kids Foundation. The arts & crafts gallery, hosted by Janelle Monae, runs from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. The entire event runs from 12 p.m.-6 p.m. w/lunch from DBA BBQ from 12 p.m.-3 p.m. Eyedrum, 290 MLK Jr. Dr. 404-522-0655. www.eyedrum.org.
