Despite the perennially-delayed release of Sir Luscious Left Foot ... Son of Chico Dusty (currently set to drop March 23, 2010), fans of OutKast's shorter half were kept somewhat sated in 2009 by the leak of several tracks from that album. None of those tracks was better, or more critically praised than the shimmering, Gucci-laced players' anthem "Shine Blockas."
Atlanta blog Snort This has posted a video of sorts for the song, in which Daddy Fat Sacks himself traverses the aisles of Wal-Mart and lip-synchs (his parts and Gucci's!) his way around Grant Park's King Memorial MARTA station against a beautiful backdrop of the A's late-night lights. It's worth a watch. Free Gucci!
