Jonas Brothers released today an all-new world tour schedule that now includes additional shows in both Latin America and Europe. Due to recent changes in the Jonas Brothers’ schedule and the addition of several international tour markets on their upcoming Live In Concert world tour, the show at Aaron’s Amphitheatre at Lakewood in Atlanta has been removed from the current routing, however the Jonas Brothers remain committed to their fans and will look to return to Atlanta as soon as possible. Tickets for this show will be refunded at point of purchase.

Putting aside the obvious “who gives a shit” aspect of the whole deal (unless you’re a fourteen year-old girl, most of whom I don’t imagine ever setting eyes on this blog), what can we read into this? Another example of a floundering music industry? Or a simple change of plans? More and more, are big commercial artists viewing Atlanta as a deadwood second-tier market? Or is it something less portentous?
