Negashi Armada releases Crossburner Mixtape
Former Supreeme MC is back from the Bay Area, and back in the game
?
Negashi Armada of hip-hop crew Supreeme (and former CL blogger) has returned with a solo EP, dubbed Crossburner that he recorded while living in Oakland, California over the last year.
?
The EP is extremely lo-fi and was made using mostly what he describes to be a “$50 Toys R Us Casio keyboard,” and it sounds like he ain’t lying.
?
Despite the music’s rough edges, it’s an engaging listen that’s totally worth the time it takes to download the files from the What They Do Out There blog.
?
Be on the look out for Crossburner 2, which is promised to be coming soon...
