Of Montreal debuts 'Sex Karma' on 'Late Night'

In case you missed it, here's video of Athens romper roomers Of Montreal on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" last night performing the song "Sex Karma", the latest single from their upcoming album False Priest. Solange Knowles helps out with some sweet vocal grooves and pretty much singlehandedly saves the track from becoming a total joke. With lyrics like the ultra-cringeworthy "Let's go play some hide and seek/ I know you are a little freak/ You look like a playground to me", the A.M. Gold-cribbing tune flirts with parody, though I'd wager a bet that Kevin Barnes is painfully serious about most things he does.

The "thick R&B" sound Barnes hinted at for False Priest was not, it seems, an empty promise. Though personally, I was hoping the band would go more "Ignition (Remix)" than "We Are Family."

I absolutely disagree, I think this track is great. Really romantic. Sure, maybe the lyrics aren't amazing, but the song is nowhere near "parody" level. But hey, it's just my opinion.

Wow...that song is awful! It made me think of Outback Steakhouse for some reason.
