Atlanta hosts BET/Centric award shows again
Today BET/CENTRIC announced details for this year’s Soul Train Awards, which tapes in Atlanta for the second year in a row:
Academy Award-nominated actors Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson will return to co-host the music special, which will tape at the Cobb Energy Center in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday, November 10 and will premiere on both CENTRIC and BET in a special simulcast at 9:00 PM* ET on Sunday, November 28.

The BET Hip Hop Awards tapes Oct. 2 at the Atlanta Civic Center and airs on BET at 8 p.m. Oct. 12. Hosted by comedian Mike Epps. Here are the nominees in case you haven’t seem them:
