A Charlie Brown Christmas returns to the Earl

Posted By on Tue, Nov 2, 2010 at 11:32 AM

Isn't it a little early for Christmas talk? Since CVS and Target are already decking their halls with fake trees and singing decorations there’s no sense in fighting it. This year Jeffrey Bützer and TT Mahoney return to the Earl for their seasonal performance of Vince Guaraldi's A Charlie Brown Christmas.

This marks year no. 3 for what's become an Atlanta tradition. Sorry No Ferrari will also be on-hand to perform a set of songs from the Ventures' Christmas album — the classic Ventures Christmas album from 1965, not the feeble 2002 he-hash. Jeffrey Bützer & the Bicycle Eaters also perform.

The show goes down on Fri., Dec. 17 and Sat., Dec. 18. Tickets went on sale today (Tues., Nov. 2). So if you’re looking for stocking stuffers, look no further.

Fri., Dec. 17. 9 p.m. Sat., Dec. 18. 6 p.m. $10 both nights. The Earl, 488 Flat Shoals Rd. 404-522-3950.
