Hope for Agoldensummer is playing a show over at Kavarna this Thursday, April 28. It’s been a minute since Athens’ avant-garde folk outfit, currently rounded out by sisters Claire and Page Campbell and Suny Lyons, made an appearance around these parts.

They’ve had a new record finished and in the can since October of 2010, but it won’t be released until later this fall. You’ll probably hear a few of their newer numbers on Thursday. In the meantime, check out the video for “4th Night” from their 2007 studio album, Ariadne Thread.
