Fleet Foxes swag and listening party at Wax n' Facts

helplessness_blues.jpg
The imminent release of Fleet Foxes’ new album, Helplessness Blues (Sub Pop), looms before us (Tues., May 3). What better way to celebrate than with a listening party at Wax n’ Facts in L5P?

Helplessness Blues is Fleet Foxes’ second album, providing the first collection of new music from the group since 2008’s elegant Sun Giant E.P.

Wax n’ Facts will be giving away posters, stickers and lithographs while blasting the new record. If you’re disappointed at yourself for not snagging tickets to the show at the Tabernacle on May 14 before it sold out, Wax n’ Facts might have you covered there as well. The store will be giving away one pair of tickets to the concert during the listening party.

Fleet Foxes - Helplessness Blues by subpop

Free. Tues., May 3. 7-8 p.m. Wax N’ Facts. 432 Moreland Ave. 404-525-2275.
