It’s been a pretty good year for psychedelic indie rockers the Black Lips. They released their new record Arabia Mountain to strong reviews and embarked on a pretty awesome tour with Surfer Blood and the Vivian Girls. Now, it could be a pretty good time to be a fan, as well. The band is teaming up with VICE in a unique contest/interview. Fans can ask the Black Lips a question about their new record on VICE’s Facebook page. Then, on July 29, the band will select their five favorite questions, answer them in a video blog, and send the winners autographed vinyl copies of Arabia Mountain. And even if your question isn’t selected, you still get to watch an exclusive, fan-led interview. You see, kids? Everyone’s a winner.
