VIDEO / New Music Mach Five: 'Coca Leaf' video

Atlanta duo Mach Five recently dropped their second full-length, the innocently titled Best Friends. (Check the awesome cover art and download that shit for free at the group's Bandcamp page.) Above, the psychedelic new video for "Coca Leaf," a standout Best Friends jam.
A. Ware and Corey Davis are onto something with their familiar-yet-futuristic sound, a mix of swirling soft-rap synth backdrops overlaid with metallic 808 beats and irreverent Three 6-style thuggery up front. Neither dude possesses a totally remarkable flow, but their stoned, unhurried delivery suggests extensive study of the best horror-rap goons of yore. Keep an eye on these fellas.
