PHOTOS: Iron Maiden and Alice Cooper

English heavy metal rockers Iron Maiden played to a sold-out crowd Saturday at Aaron's Amphitheater on their second date of the Maiden England World Tour. Formed by bassist Steve Harris in 1975, Iron Maiden has produced 36 albums and have played more than 2,000 tour dates. The Aaron's Amphitheater crowd was almost as loud as the band itself, with many fans seeing the band for the first time.

Opening for Iron Maiden was Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Alice Cooper, who brought his elaborate stage show and shock-metal rock to the packed venue. Even at 64, Alice Cooper shows no sign of letting up, covering his hits and and giving his fans the showmanship he has always been known for, including pyrotechnics and a live snake during "No More Mr. Nice Guy." On guitar was Orianthi, the first female guitarist in Alice Cooper's band and the lead guitarist for Michael Jackson during his ill-fated This is It Tour.
