New Music Small Eyez takes on Toro y Moi, Black Gallagher

And for your second bit of Toro y Moi-related news this week, Atlanta emcee Small Eyez chopped up the beat from "Lyin pt. 1-4" with a bit Dave Chappelle's Black Gallagher skit for a quick round of maximum smashism, and some chipmunk crooning to keep it moving along. "I just wanted to get some stuff off my chest, clear the air in 2013, and let people know that I'm reppin' the #NewAtlanta movement," Small Eyez explains. Press play below.
