Since both King Khan and BBQ (Mark Sultan) are dynamic performers, musicians, and vocalists, the The King Khan & BBQ Show erupts into a packed-house dance party every time they take the stage. Tonight's appearance (Mon., April 22) at the Basement marks the duo's return to its home away from home, as both King Khan and Mark Sultan were more than just honorary members of the Die Slaughterhaus and Rob's House scenes.
... And don't be surprised if Khan is playing a guitar designed and built by former Atlanta resident Warren Bailey (Gentleman Jesse, Barreracudas), as he now builds custom units out of his home in New York.
The King Khan & BBQ Show, the Delusionaires, and Old King Cole Younger play the Basement tonight (April 22). $13-15. 9 p.m.
