Phishing at Verizon Amphitheater

Phish sounded amazing on Tuesday, July 16, playing to a non sold-out show at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. They started off with “Kill Devil Falls,” then went into “Bathtub Gin,” “Army of One,” then “Rift.” They played a little unfinished “Heartbreaker” by Led Zeppelin in the second set which made its way back into the set during a few other songs: “Wilson,” “Harry Hood,” “Tweezer,” and “Character Zero.” They ended the evening with the Beatles’ “A Day in the Life,” flowing right into “Tweezer Reprise.” For those of you going to the show tonight, expect a great performance and if you’re down front, bring some sunglasses. The light show, as always, is awesome.
