August 10, 2013 - Justin Bieber played to a sold-out Philips Arena on Saturday night on the last date of the U.S. leg of his BELIEVE tour.
Screaming teenagers and a horde of paparazzi surrounded the parking decks of the arena hoping to get a glimpse of Bieber who has been getting equal press for both his onstage and offstage life.
