DKA’s recurring night of goth and industrial music returns to 529 in EAV
It’s that time again. DKA, Atlanta’s glummest and most productive promoter/record label, brings its fog-riddled dance party to 529 tonight (Tues., Sept. 17) with enough brooding tunes to make your mascara run. Goth, industrial, EBM, death rock, cold wave, and minimal synth vibes soundtrack the bar’s cramped quarters, serving as a fitting trial run for Halloween with the spooky niceties and without the cute couple costumes. Featuring support from local haunts DJ Death Ticket and DJ Tifaret (along with guest DJs Twins of Evil and Cryptkeeper), there’s plenty in store for revelers of the macabre.
