Here's the ghostly cover art from Black Lips' upcoming new album Underneath the Rainbow (Vice Records), featuring a photo from music photographer Mick Rock.

For part of their next tour, Black Lips will again be joined by fellow Atlanta garage punks the Coathangers, who just announced their fourth full-length called Suck My Shirt via Seattle-based Suicide Squeeze Records, their first album since 2011's Larceny and Old Lace. Suck My Shirt (cover art and tracklist after the jump) is out Tues., March 18, the same day that Underneath the Rainbow is scheduled to drop.
