Jungol unveils 'Go Softly' in its entirety Sat., Feb. 8

Posted By on Wed, Feb 5, 2014 at 11:25 AM

The Saturday, February 8, experimental rock quartet Jungol will screen its Go Softly film project in its entirety for the first time.

Initially released in short vignettes over the past year, Go Softly is an abstract half-hour film filled with eerie and brightly-hued visuals, and Jungol's reverb-heavy electronic sounds.

The film, which was written and directed by band co-founder Josh Yoder, will be screened in Castleberry Hill's Snake Nation Gallery on Saturday, and the event will also feature a performance by Fine Peduncle and a showcase of the props, costumes, and other art pieces that were used in the film.

9 p.m. Sat., Feb. 8. Snake Nation Gallery. 291 Peters St.
