Some new Atlanta music for your ears:

<!——StartFragment——>— Local black/death metal group Withered is streaming a new track, “Feeble Grasp,” over at Revolver. It’s the first single from their new LP, Grief Relic (out May 27 via Season of Mist). The group performs at the Clermont Lounge on Thurs., Mar. 31, with Death of Kings and Philly’s Hellrad.<!——EndFragment——>

Culture Culture frontman Anthony Aparo has premiered a new song from his forthcoming LP, Under. It’s called “Don’t Be Late” and it’s streaming over at Immersive Atlanta. His main band also just released a new EP, JX-3Please. Culture Culture performs at 529 on Sat., Apr. 9, with Night Idea and Little Tybee.

— Britt Teusink of deadCAT now has a new solo excursion called Kid Mouth. You can stream a track — “Darkdaze” — from that project over at Immersive Atlanta.

Count Bass D just dropped a video for the title track from his new LP, Instantly New. Check it out at Okayplayer.

— Rae Sremmurd’s also got a new video for “By Chance,” which you can watch at HotNewHipHop. The site also reports that the duo’s new single, “Over Here,” is premiering today.

Laser Background has dropped a new 7-inch, titled “Jawbreaker.” It’s also the first single from their upcoming LP. Listen to it at Impose. The band plays 529 on Sat., May 28, with Red Sea, Shampoo, and Bunny.

Night Idea is streaming a new LP, Breathing Cold, at Vanyaland ahead of its official March 25 release. As mentioned above, the group will be in town on Sat., Apr. 9, playing at 529 with Little Tybee and Culture Culture.

Last week’s Week in Pop column over at Impose featured interviews with Athens’ Eureka California and Argentinan trio Las Piñas, who perform at the 529 on Wed., Apr. 13, with Fake Flowers and Koko Beware.

Athens’ Mothers just did a Public Radio /\ Session in Savannah for the tracks “Fat Chance,” “No Crying in Baseball,” and “It Hurts Until It Doesn’t” (from this year’s When You Walk A Long Distance You Are Tired). Watch it at Flood.
